When Stilettos & Sneakers presented to our women’s leadership group, they helped us validate a model of leadership defined by women from the perspective of not one but two generations. Together, we reassessed the meaning of both failure and success. It was a very moving and transformational experience.

What’s not to love and respect about Janice. Her professionalism is outstanding. At our annual Women Empowering Women event, we learned that each generation brings a unique mindset which helps us better understand and appreciate diverse perspectives. The 128 women who joined us will put this new knowledge to use to cultivate better relationships and collective success.

During the virtual workshop presentation, their insights and interviewing techniques with other NOIAW members provoked a healthy and thoughtful conversation.

By focusing on the traditions, rituals, and deep family ties found around the Italian American table, Stilettos & Sneakers helped us all reflect on the importance of preserving culture while embracing new tools, like technology, to stay connected. Everyone walked away feeling inspired, with new ideas for keeping our stories and values alive across generations.

Stilettos & Sneakers partnered with me to deliver powerful insights and practical wisdom to a national cohort of fundraising leaders through a dynamic and engaging session on Generational Values: Translating Insights into Actionable Strategies. Janice brought depth, clarity and humor to a complex topic, helping participants better understand how generational differences influence communication styles, philanthropic motivations, and engagement preferences. The session was not only highly relevant to our work but also thoughtfully tailored to the specific challenges our leaders face in building meaningful relationships with diverse donor audiences. Participants walked away with practical tools they could immediately apply, along with a renewed perspective on how to approach multigenerational donor engagement with greater empathy and effectiveness. The candid, thought-provoking discussion was a clear highlight of our convening and left our group energized and inspired.

Stilettos & Sneakers presented to our women’s organization on generational female leadership. They were well researched, very well prepared and provided excellent resources to our members for further study. The conversation was relaxed and candid which made it incredibly fun and easy to relate. Fascinating to see how far women have come over the decades and how some issues we’ve overcome, and some are still lingering. Seeing the younger generational leaders gives us hope!

Stilettos and Sneakers presented to our Women Raising the Bar group at our annual meeting.  Janice moderated a panel of women from different generations for a discussion on work/life balance and communication.  Having Janice’s expertise as we talked though our generational similarities and differences, and the progress women in the workplace have made over the years made it an impactful experience for our group.   We were able to bring what we learned use it in our day-to-day communication with each other.

Janice utilized her strong depth of experience to include ways generational thinking may apply. She has tremendous experience as a female leader and shares her personal experience as well as her experience coaching leaders on today’s trending issues.
